Cladiators Calor Base attachment secures two panels without requiring a routed return.
Exterior Base Attachment with Thermal Washer and Exterior Base Attachment Finishing Cap.
Base finishing cap fits the cladiators exterior base attachment and is painted with a kynar™ finish to match the acm panels.
Stiffener Base
The Stiffener Slide includes an affixed strip of 3M Architectural VHB tape that will adhere to the underside of the panel.
Cladiators Sliding Stiffener attachment is a combination of the Stiffener Base and the Stiffener Slide. The Stiffener Base secures to the wall; the Stiffener Slide then inserts into the Stiffener Base. The Stiffener Slide can then adjust horizontally and vertically within the Stiffener Base. The Stiffener Slide includes an affixed strip of 3M Architectural VHB tape that will adhere to the underside of the panel. The panel is then able to adjust within the limits of the Stiffener Base.
Cladiators 580 Starter Attachment
Exterior Starter Finishing Cap fits the Cladiators Exterior Starter Attachment and is painted with a Kynar™ finish to match the ACM panels.
Thermal Washer is used to secure Calor Finishing Caps onto Calor Attachments.

- Cladiators eliminates the traditional sealant and gasket and adds thermal performance to the building envelope.
- Exceeds ASTM standard performance requirements. When independently tested, the Calor system was subjected to winds of 105 PSF, the equivalent of 202 mph. After Calor surpassed this remarkable level, the pressure was increased to 107 PSF, at which point the studs started to twist and the wall corners began to bend. The Calor Wall System remained solidly in place even as the wall it was attached to was destroyed.
